Working closely with C-level executives, I have developed and implemented tailored strategies for clients, leveraging my expertise to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, my proficiency in customizing SAAS for partner implementation of insurance models has proven invaluable in driving business growth.

Key Accounts Management Partnerships & Alliances

As the Manager of Key Accounts Management Partnerships and Alliances at Park+, I spearheaded the development of Pan-India digital partnerships, channels, and growth strategies for the Fastag category. With a team of 50+ professionals, we successfully executed both online and offline initiatives, driving remarkable results. I played a pivotal role in implementing impactful BTL (Below-The-Line) and ATL (Above-The-Line) strategies for Fastag sales and promotions, ensuring maximum visibility and customer engagement. Through my leadership, we built and managed a business generating over 5 crore in annual revenue.

Associate Director Partnerships

During my tenure at Shopoholix, spanning over 6 years, I made significant contributions to the company's Partnership and Alliances division, starting as a Lead and eventually progressing to the Head of Partnership and Alliances. In my most recent role as Associate Director Partnerships, I successfully spearheaded the setup of product-led growth strategies for both the B2B data product and B2C consumer product.

Under my leadership, the B2B data product achieved remarkable scalability, partnering with 120 brands and onboarding 25,000 stores, while maintaining an impressive user base of 200,000 active users. Furthermore, I played a crucial role in the development of a data-driven POM (point of marketing) solution for offline retailers. This solution, built on the MERN stack, empowered retailers to attract, engage, and retain shoppers through features such as store listing page management, inventory control, customer management, pricing, promotions, and segmentation.

A key accomplishment was the creation of a consumer-facing app that enabled shoppers to discover all listed stores, facilitating seamless payments and rewards programs. Additionally, I successfully implemented a POS-enabled loyalty program across 25,000 stores, resulting in transactions worth one million USD within the first year.

Throughout my tenure, I demonstrated a strong commitment to driving growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. My expertise in product-led strategies and leveraging technology allowed Shopoholix to establish a strong presence in the market, enhance user experiences, and achieve remarkable business growth.
